Faison has played “Dr Christopher Turk” on Scrubs from 2001 until its final season in 2009.  Prior to appearing in Scrubs Faison became famous for playing the role of “Murray Lawrence Duvall” in the 1995 film Clueless and the subsequent TV series which ran from 1996-1999.  In 2002 and 2004 he won the BET Comedy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.  In addition to his onscreen roles he has done the voice of many animated cartoon characters.
