Hill landed his first role in Sugar Hill (1993) when he was a senior in high school. His next role was in a Broadway show, Bring in ‘da Noise, Bring in ‘da Funk. In 1999, Hill was cast on The West Wing as Charlie Young, aide to President Josiah Bartlet. He played this role through all seven of West Wings seasons. Hills next role is as Gus in the USA Network televsion Psych which premiered July 7, 2006.
Hill also had roles in She’s All That in 1999, the Disney movie Holes (2003), the movie and series 10.5 (2004), and The Guardian (2006).
