Trivia:  Wilson Cruz filmed a Public Service Announcement to raise awareness of homelessness among gay teens.  In the PBA he revealed the he was kicked out of his home when he told his family he was gay.
Cruz began acting in the television series My So Called Life as gay teen “Rickie Vasquez”.  He has appeared in many films and has made recurring guest appearances on television series episodes such as Ally McBeal, Party of Five, ER, Monk, and the animated comedy series  Rick & Steve the Happiest Gay Couple in the World.
