Ross began his acting career while he was still in high school.  In 2006 he attained his first major role in the film ATL co-starring with rappers T. I. and Big Boi.  In 2007 Ross played “Amare McCarter” in Life Support, receiving rave reviews for his performance.  He acted in role of Hilary Duff’s love interest in the 2008 film Greta. He will appear in the 2009 crime dram Life is Hot in Cracktown and an upcoming film Black Water Transit starring Lawrence Fishburne.
